I did try what you suggested but still the old save did not show up. No problem though as I have started a new save. On another note I am glad you told me the path in which the new saves are stored, as now I can backup my current game should anything happen in the future.

Since updating to the Alpha 0.2.9 patch from 0.2.1, my save seems to have disappeared, I did not do anything different when downloading/ running the new patch so I'm wondering if this is a glitch or did I do something wrong when I downloaded and ran the new patch? Its been a while since I played last so I don't know if there is a new way to move saves over to the new patch? The save still exists in version 0.2.1 if I run that.
